Tavern in the Square Shrewsbury

Very good! Came here with family and an infant and were treated very well. The appetizers and meals were hot and tasty. We sat outside and very much enjoyed the atmosphere and ambience.

Mixed reviews. 5 people in our party. 2 loved their meals. 1 liked their meal. 2 did not like their meals. More waitstaff is needed to avoid errors. They did offer to correct errors. Kudos for that. I was impressed with the many gluten free options. The cauliflower flat bread was a big hit. Restaurant was busy & loud on a Saturday night; people had to raise their voices to hear each other over the music volume. I would try this restaurant again.

Recently went for the Sunday morning brunch for the first time. It was a great experience!! The food was unbelievable and service was great.

They were constantly replacing items with fresh, warm food. All staff were attentive and pleasant.

Our waitress Merideth was amazing, easily one of the best waitresses we’ve ever had anywhere. She made the brunch even better with her excellent service, great attitude, and friendly demeanor.

Great experience and food. I will definitely go again soon.
