Great breakfast and lunch spot! Had the hot tot scramble and breakfast panini (both on the daily special menu) and both were delicious! All of the staff were super friendly!
Try the ski mountain waffles, they are sick! Food is really good. Ambiance not so great but I personally don't care much about that. Staff is good, fast, attentive, and accommodating. Don't like the bathroom is in the kitchen, ouch.
I've been here over 6yrs ab they have continuously improved. Food is better than anywhere I've eaten. All fresh. Price is well worth for what you get. Large portions.
Super friendly, good food, big portions, great little breakfast place! It is very easy to get to and there is always parking right out front on the street. They have lots of specials that usually relate to current things or people. One of our favorites on a lazy Sunday morning
I'm conflicted as to whether I should tell the world about this place or keep it to myself. Mauro's is the quintessential American diner with newspapers, a fireplace (!!) and a deli. Wonderful atmosphere as soon as you walk in. On my visit, the place was busy, but not crowded. Maybe 10 or 12 well-spaced tables and a nice, long counter. The staff were all genuinely super-friendly. And fast. Oh, and the food? Unreal. It's tough to get worked up about breakfast, but I just had the best in years. The prices are more than fair for the quality and portions.
