Mexicali Grill

We are locals who have been visiting and enjoying Mexicali a few times a month ever since they opened. The service is good. The people are friendly , the drinks are delicious and the food never disappoints. So fresh- made to order and authentic. They are always busy and when things are crazy everything is effected. Humans can only do so much. It may take an extra few minutes to get your drink or to be seated. If you are at all aware of how life operates this should be understood and not complained about. It doesn't happen often. We love it here.

This place is always great. Even when we came in when they just sat a party of 15 the service was great. Foods always good. My only complaint is I always miss Taco Tuesday because of work lol.

Atmosphere isn't bad, but part of me would like to see the entire situation taken up a notch, possibly as a standalone restaurant rather than just a spot in a strip mall. The only Mexicali Grill I am aware of is the one in Webster and the food was good and the White staff was very friendly, but it did not feel like an upscale restaurant. I suppose it is declared as a grill, so I am likely looking Beyond what it was intended to be! I've always had a good time going here so if you would like reasonable price food which is delicious served by friendly staff please visit them.

Bright and cheerful decor. Our server was very nice. The food was ready very quickly and it was so good!
