Samuel Slater's Restaurant

We sat outside on the deck, and it was very comfortable. The waitress, Sadie, was friendly & mostly efficient. I had the crab cakes and they were very good. My husband had the fish tacos & wedge salad; plenty of blue cheese dressing & the tacos were tasty. The only negative: husband wanted pepper grinder for his salad, asked for it but never got it. Table next to us got it once his salad was done. We liked the decor in the dining room. We'll be back with our friends.

I just ate here last night for the first time. The service is truly incomparable to anywhere else around. The staff was well trained and very educated on their menu. The staff was also extremely welcoming and accommodating. The food was served very quickly. I got the pan seared scallops, which was to die for. I will definitely be back!

Dinner service was very slow. Our waitress looked lost and forgot several items we asked for. My ribeye was very dry, even when ordered medium. For a $28 steak, I was expecting it to be a lot better. The atmosphere, however, is amazing. I loved the view!

We visited Samuel Slater's for the first time. Our party attended the Easter Brunch in the Banquet Facility. Allow me to mention it was an epicurean delight. The food was outstanding, i.e. breakfast items, roast beef, fish, lamb, soup and many more numerous selections to list. The pastry table was decadent. Our servers were efficient, accommodating and a pleasure to have serve us. We toured the restaurant and was impressed.... we are sure to return to enjoy dinner there. Overall a joyous Easter Sunday.

Excellent service and wonderful experience! went for my 23rd birthday and it was amazing. My dad is extremely picky as his father was a head chef once and was very impressed at his “tasteful” and “real” steak tips and fries from the bar menu. Lauren was amazing! And even got a tasteful treat for my birthday at the end! My family loved it will be back great experience
