Yumee!!! Had dinner the night before Thanksgiving. We traveled up from GA to be with family. I had the steak tips medium, and my wife had baked haddock. Both were cooked perfectly. The tips had a very slight pink in the middle were really nice chunks of high-quality beef. Perfect! My wife said her haddock was also cooked perfectly with a nice cracker topping, and a fresh garden salad, and green beans. Everything was delicious. I wish we had room for dessert because I bet that would have been awesome too!
A couple last notes. The place got packed as the evening went on. I guess a DJ was there. We saw him come in and set up but didn't stay. Nicole, our server was really nice, and attentive as far as service. The servers were really busy but were hustling and kept a smile on their face all evening. Great place, great food, great people. We'll be back for sure.
We enjoyed such a delicious dinner there and the service couldn't have been more superb! Loved my lobster roll. We will definitely be back!
I just had the lobster roll dinner here and it was very good. The roll was pretty much all lobster without a bunch of "filler stuff" or dripping in mayo-it was perfect. I will definitely be back to try more from the menu!
Great little place for a pit stop! Great history to the place and a clean restaurant and bar! I had a beer, whiskey, and some potato skins (by the bartenders suggestion) with a friend and they were fantastic! Great crunch, soft and cheesy heart, and well seasoned! The bartender and hostess were very engaging and friendly as well! Definitely a great place to stop in for a bite or drink!
Dinner for two during the week - fish and chips (excellent!), nachos and a chicken sandwich. Hot food. Great service. Good drinks. We loved it.
We went for the soft opening with a party of 6 last Sunday. Atmosphere was pleasant and were seated right away by a super pleasant hostess who seemed genuinely happy to be there and showed us to our comfortable table.
The limited menu was clearly noted before with an apology due to the soft opening. Completely understandable in this phase of opening but also left plenty of quality options to where all of us ordered something different and shared loaded nachos which were amazing with the house made chili. This plate was enough for all of us to share.
Our server (Payton?) Was really on top of things and genuinely sweet and super attentive.
I got the baked haddock which came with 2 side (I chose the green beans and mashed) and I'm still thinking about it (drools) so yummy, fresh and it's obvious the kitchen really has their act together .
My friends who ordered alcoholic beverages said the drinks were well made and quality ingredients.
Only one of our party had anything bad to say but she also ordered her steak tips well done so her opinion means nothing.
Highly recommended and fairly priced and what they've done to the restaurant and function rooms is tasteful and inviting.
