Civic Kitchen & Drink

We went after the dinner rush and found a place at the bar, first come first serve. Had the civic OG burger which was great. Beer selection is good, but can go quickly (they have a backup either way). Cool patio to hang out and mingle while you wait.

Really, really, REALLY wanted to like this place. Their ethos, philosophy, etc. were all the things that tick the box. The cocktails were very good. The food and service - not so much. The exception was the tomato bisque, really liked it. Disappointed.

Had dinner here last night. The atmosphere was super relaxed. Service was slightly slow but not a big deal. I have a problem with their pricing, though. I had the Civic Burger. The $16 burger. Now, it was good don't get me wrong, but it definitely wasn't $16 good. Slightly over cooked and the bottom of the brioche bun was soggy. The burger is on the small side and comes with an itty bitty stack of shoestring fries. They source their ingredients locally, which is awesome. Food fell just a bit shy of what I was expecting, tho.

Very good food. I really like the civic burger and the flatbread. Nice views of the golf course if you dine on the deck

One of my favorites, with a great core menu (burger, flatbread, other sandwiches, great salads) and a rotating selection of entrees that are always interesting and varied. Great spot, and out of the way enough to make it special. In the warmer months, the deck is great. Very good beer/cider/drink selection, and a vibrant bar if you're lucky enough to get a bar seat (don't, because I don't want the competition). Love Civic. Keep it up!
