    Celebrated my nephew’s 7th birthday here and had such a wonderful experience! Our host Najely was extremely helpful and caring throughout the entire process. He and his friends had a wicked blast! Definitely recommend this spot to all! 🎉

    Great staff, always clean, stations are well monitored by staff and smiles are everywhere. Launch helped us host our daughter's 7th birthday party and I'd recommend it for anyone thinking about it! They were extremely helpful and gave all their attention to us and our guests. They let me be a mom and not just play host - always appreciated! Every kid left happy and fulfilled :)

    Kids had fun and that's what it's all about.
    I will say that there was no structure to the play. There were different areas to play in but nothing directing the groups. We attended a kids birthday party here and when it was fine for cake/etc, there was no indication or announcement. Just a couple parents mildly suggesting where the kids should go. No big deal though

    This was the first time ever attending a party at Launch and my kids had a blast everything was very clean and the kids are always supervised.
    At the end of the night we realized my phone was missing. Nigel the manager helped us look for it for HOURS and he was eventually the one that found it.
    He never ONCE complained and was MORE than kind the entire time.
