    Super delicious and fresh. I got banana pancakes and a side of home fries. There was no wait and service was prompt but not over the top (let's be real, who want's that much sunshine at 9am on a Sunday). Just moved to the area and am going to be back here almost every weekend.

    Favorite place I went to during my stay in Westborough! Staff is so friendly and food was delicious. Had some of the best french toast I've had in a LONG time. I went twice during my week in MA. I would consider moving to MA just for this place. Seriously.

    Huge portions and phenomenal flavor. The wait staff is on point as well. One of my new favorite spots.

    The best bagels.

    My husband and I stopped for lunch today.

    I had corn chowder. My husband and I split the delicious fries, he had a Reuben sandwich.

    All food was delicious and the presentation was incredible.

    Their breakfast buffet on Sundays is delicious and has a great assortment of food including an omelette bar. Matt has taken care of the omelette bar when we have visited on Sundays, he does a great job with the omelets. He is a really nice guy.

    I spoke with co-owner Karl today. Him and the other co-owner Stephen work everyday of the week. Their hard work has paid off. I think they really deserve one day off a week at least every other week!!

    Did I mention ~ The Bistro has great bagels!
