Bocado Tapas Wine Bar

As for the food, we were encouraged to get the $84 special for 2 people. It turned out to be way too much food and we ended up taking home half of it. Ordering one or two tapas each is more than enough. By the way, we had no idea what a tapa was! It turns out to be a small portion of some food. Really good and potions also ask for the sangria flight and champagne flights. Do the bocado experience you can think me later.

Got the Valentines to go box.Food was all prepared well.

Salad was amazing, as was the shrimp Gnocchi, from there it got progressively worse until the bread pudding gave a final delicious good bye.

Not sure what the chef had in mind with the curry flavored stuffed peppers and lobster paella... both dishes seemed like early culinary school failures. Poor flavor pairings, and I honestly felt bad at the amount of lobster that was ruined in the dish. .

I could understand trying to make these dishes, but am totally lost at who decided they belong on a menu, anywhere.

Everything was packed perfectly for travel, and made the trip with no real loss of quality. The lamb chops were a bit more done than ordered, but we expected that due to them traveling. They were still delicious. We tend to go here for date night or a special family dinner. highly recommend this place

Its a Tapas. So Portions are small, usually no bigger than an appetizer. But food was above average.The Sangria was a little disappointing, tasting more alcohol than sweetness. Atmosphere was funky and different and service was a little above average and prices moderate. All in all a good Friday night place for a date-night, although parking was across the street and a block away. Points off for that.

Everything was delicious! I have a new found love for goat cheese! The beef brisket melts in your mouth. The music and atmosphere were great. We will definitely be back soon, especially on a Thursday for Salsa night! Everyone was very nice from the valet to the waitstaff.
