Che! Empanada

I am blown away. These are by far the best empanadas I have ever tasted. They are perfect in every way. The woman behind the counter was incredibly kind, and appeared to have some kind of empanada magic emanating from her. I feel honoured and humbled by being given the opportunity to experience this.

what a great find. I had some time to kill and heard about this place and had to stop in and check it out. It was easy to pop in; there’s a convenient parking lot right next to it. The place is very clean and bright. they had display case loaded with beautiful goodies. it was a hard choice but I tried the chicken with béchamel sauce. It was most excellent. The nice lady behind the counter warmed it up for me. She really made me feel welcome and I sat at a table and enjoyed it. I will definitely go back.

Che! Empanada is a welcome addition to Lincoln Street. Nestled under the Press Box pub (and with off-street parking) this comfortable restaurant is a must for great food. Dine in at the tables inside, or have your food packed to go, try Che! for a change of pace from the local fast food chains.

Great food, so many choices, staff was helpful and friendly! Also has great desserts (a huge tres leche cake for me!)

Tried it out the day the shop opened. This is their fourth shop in Massachusetts.

Had the spicy chicken and La Che ( beef empanada), highly recommend the beef with olives, I have not had this combination before, and it goes really well and gives a very unique taste. Should try chimichurri sauce along with it, it is GOOD 🌟. Probably best chimichurri sauce I had.

Since I went on the opening day, the oven was not working ( small starting troubles I guess ). So I really did not get the feel of a baked empanada. They gave some chicken empanadas to try, baked mildy at home, it was good.

They have a few tables if you want to sit down and eat . Cold bottled refreshments are available. Also coffee soon to be starting suggested by the owners.

The owners are really friendly and very receptive, was really glad to meet them. Wish there was better costing and market research to bring down the cost, so we could try all the flavors.
