Small business in bad location no parking. To much traffic to get out of. The food is great Italian restaurant small but great to take out. Try it you will like the food and service. To the owner I'm giving you a 5 star which is the best. Your staff, food and prices are awesome. I am just stating dangerous location for traffic. On the edge of a bend people drive to fast hard to get out. Also parking lot is to small for the business you do. Always busy I'm HP PERSON DISABLED WITH HP PLACARD with not enough HP parking. It's not just your business all small & big businesses don't allow many HP PLACARD PARKING. I will not stop eating at Ciao Bella. I don't even live close to your restaurant. It's the best fresh Italian restaurant around I'm a dedicated customer satisfaction is guaranteed to be awesome. Question do you have any other locations? If so please let me know thanks. A very life long customer for years & I will continue. Just making a few suggestions. Please put a Ciao Bella restaurant in either Auburn or Oxford. These towns would appreciate it. Good luck with your friendly staff and AWESOME food.

Always fresh and tasty. Great italian fare. From appetizers, pizza, paninis and grinders,
entrees, and salads. The varying choices of each item on menu are vast. You can delete or add items on each individual item. Service is very fast, I order online and usually ready within 15 minutes or so. You can dine in with a limited amount of tables. They also offer a small selection of desserts but you would have to take home for later as portions are large. Lunch time is busy be warned!

Love this place! One of the few restaurants that knows how to make chicken dishes that rock. I ordered the pasta dish called ciao Bella. My wife ordered the half chicken with mashed potato. We're seated in front of the desert display. Could be trouble.....

I had a bad experience in the past. That was null and voided on my second experience. Everything was nice and finely timed! Excellent! Thank you this time!

Food was bland didn't taste fresh we got buffalo tenders waffle fries and a pilgrim wrap. The wrap was like getting one from the grocery store. Nothing special about it. Total was 28 bucks which I thought was on the high side. For the quality of what we got delivered I felt totally rooked.

On the positive side delivery was fast, and the person was really nice. That adds 2 stars to an otherwise 1 star "food quality and freshness" review.
