Cousin Tony Pizza & More

My husband and i have ordered from here a few times and we LOVE the food. However, lately, we had issues with our order as far as delivery. Last order, we waited over an hour and a half. Also, there is an issue with the online order portal. The restaurant doesn't get your online order until 30 minutes after you put it in (the lady working the phone told us this). Hopefully, they fix this issue because we absolutely LOVE this place.

The owner delivered our pizza himself after his employee got in a car accident and was unable to come. The pizza was freshly made (a second time) due to the delay caused by the accident so that it arrived warm.

Great company with great ethics and service - we'll be repeat customers. The pizza was excellent as well.

I can't say enough good things! Food is absolutely delicious and so fresh! Customer service was amazing the woman making the food as well as the gentleman there (owner possibly) we're both kind and accomadating. Be patient as it did take a little longer than anticipated but it's only due to the fact that they were the only ones there and making the food fresh. Well worth it. My husband and I will absolutely be back!

You'd think you would be upset if your pizza take an hour to get to you right? Not me, instead of not having any delivery what so ever, the owner himself has been driving all over Worcester to make sure customers are taken care of. Also, my food arrived hot and fresh. No complaints here, cousin Tony's still has outstanding customer service no matter what.

This pizza place is amazing not only for their menu, but the service and cleanliness. I’ve never seen someone in a pizza kitchen use gloves before to make a pizza and that happened yesterday. The owner is very down to earth and his interaction with employees will have me back. Oh and a must try is their garlic bread. It’s made with fresh soft bread and fresh garlic.🤩
