According to their website, Deadhorse Hill is a seasonal American restaurant located on main street in downtown Worcester. They rely on the hard-working farmers throughout the northeast and the fishermen along the coast to provide the best possible food. I've dined here many times and have found the food to be both eclectic and delicious.
Overall, this restaurant is absolutely fantastic. This is a fabulous date spot, a place to go after work with friends, or even a family get together. There is definitely something on the menu for everyone- but I believe that this is a restaurant best for foodies or adventurous eaters. But please don't let that stop you from the experience here. I've been here a few times, and while I do enjoy the Horse Feast (family sized tasting menu), here are my reviews of my most recent edibles from Deadhorse
Upon arriving into the restaurant the first thing i noticed was the beautiful kitchen. The waiter was great and very kind! everything was perfect, clean, and amazing experience. The food was amazing, i loved how each dish was presented in detail. what a great date night here!!!
Service was excellent. Food came out quickly. Overall the food was delicious, but there was a few flaws, e.g. gritty clams, under seasoned dishes. I would definitely explore the menu again.
Love, love, love the food here! And the staff are just as great! We ordered the "Centerpiece" once, which is a huge dry-aged prime rib-eye, and it was well worth the price. We had around 6 people to share it and ordered a couple of appetizers as support dishes. One of my favorite meals!
They also do seasonal "feasts" like The Feasts of Seven Fishes this past holiday. That was served family style between two people and had four courses of multiple seafood related dishes to share.
