This is by far my favorite pizza spot in Worcester. Something about their pizza always leaves me craving more. And MY OH MY talk about a steak and cheese. Arguably one of the best steak and cheeses this side east of the Mississippi. I don’t know what the new management is doing but whatever it is, keep it up. They care about their customers and treat everyone like they belong. Palace is my go to pizza place and it will continue to be that for as long as I live in the area.

Couldn't be more satisfied with every order I've made here, especially their steak and cheese. The new owners are so great and really put time and care into the food they make. They also take the time to get to know customers that walk through their door. Also, Palace has some of the best specialty pizza options I've ever had. Great food, great employees, and great service!

My first time here and I must say, customer service was amazing as well as the food. My family and I bombed this place with about 18 of us ???? and placed a big order and with all that the workers were very nice. We didn't have to wait long for the food, everyone was able to sit and enjoy one another and the guys helped us take a family photo. Will definitely be back again. Only bad thing I can say, is that we were cold sitting in do to the place where you sit is surrounded by windows and today was cold.

Food is on point. Customer service is amazing very accommodating. Gladly will fix any mistake made. I faithfully order from them. A party pizza cheap and delicious. Thank you Palace Pizza!????????????
