    Consistantly great lunch food. Creative, fresh soups. Incredibly clean and diverse salad bar.

    Z Cafe has the greatest buffet I have seen. I have been on cruises that have great buffet's but the Z's has over 100 items in an area where you can see it all and get to it fast. Hands down the best place in downtown Worcester for a quick lunch or breakfast and also the best place for a fast fresh meal!!!

    I wish I could tell you what to get but I've tried so many different things and still can't choose a favorite. Hand-squeezed orange juice to go with your healthy choice or the BEST hot cocoa with something sweet or comfort food choice- whatever you're in the mood for they have it. Love everyone there
