“Serendipity is how I found Vin Bin Southboro. I needed a dinner break on my way to Cape Cod. I pulled off onto Rte 9 and after a couple miles saw a small strip mall with a Starbucks. I googled eating places to find out who was open and google only found Tomasso. I’m in the parking lot and it missed Starbucks, Cold Stone Creamery and inexplicably, Vin Bin Spirits and Brews While Vin Bin sells various interesting wines, beers and spirits, it also included a very high quality bistro with high quality farm to table sandwiches soups and salads. One third of the chalkboard menu was devoted to the sources of their supplies! I had a grilled cheese sandwich and an innovative cup of carrot coconut soup, really more of a purée. There were lots more exotic sandwiches. Dessert was a cup of ice cream from Cold Stone Creamery. I’ll definitely stop here again the next time I need a break from 495!90 traffic.”

Staff is very friendly and approachable. Never an and issue here and always watching so drinks are never empty and if you look up for someone, they are usually there and will walk over to check on you. It is a bit small inside and I have been here and it had a little bit of a wait towards the end of the week. I usually come in around 11:30/11:45 and I can easily get a table or a spot at the bar.”
