    This is one of my wife & I's go-to restaurants on Sunday's because they're unbelievably fast, clean, and there's always a place to sit. The food is great too! I tried the Unwich and was pleased.

    Freaky fast delivery. Unfortunately, I had a communication error with them and they delivered the wrong sub. I called and they quickly rectified the issue without causing grief. Have to leave a good review for good service to the resolution. Thanks and keep up the solid customer service!

    The subs are fresh and what you would expect from JJ's. Only criticism is the music was so loud the cashier could hear me and screwed up my order. Maybe turn it down...duh!

    Fast, convenient, staff is attentive. This rating is relative to other chain sandwich shops. The food is satisfying but nothing extraordinary.
