Since moving to Michigan it has been impossible to find a burrito that is not "wet". At first, I was told by Vitale's that they can't make it without the sauce. Then after having a conversation with a driver and then a cook, they said they can make it anyway I'd like. Now, it wasn't the BEST burrito I've eaten, but it was by far the best burrito I've eaten in Michigan!! Awesome staff too!

Vitales seems to be hit and miss on their service and on their pizza quality. Recently, it's been delicious and we are digging it! But it seems not to take much for their help to go downhill and all of the sudden the pizza is terrible. I like that they provide a different kind of pizza in allegan, i just wish it was consistent.

Terrible experience today, you could tell the boss was not there (Chef). I ordered online said approximately 30-60 min. When I got there approximately 45 min later they started cooking my food. 1 hour and 30 min after order I finally got my food, well most of it. The salad was missing, the bruschetta was soggy and disgusting as it was already made 45 min prior to the other items. Due to having to drive back and pick up the salad, the sub I ordered was soggy and almost not eatable. I have been going here since I was a kid and today was the worst service and food I have ever recieved from there. I am very disappointed. I would like to change my rating from 2 to 4 stars. Although I had a bad experience, I recieved a call today with an apology and an offer to make it right. That is very respectful and makes me feel better about one of my favorite places... thank you for your improvements.
