Salt of the Earth

First off, the fact that this place is always booming being in such a tiny town is a dead giveaway that this place is amazing. The food here is absolutely incredible and the atmosphere is warm and cozy. They have live music and great drinks too. The food may be pricy, and the drive here might be far for a lot of people, but it is completely worth it. The staff is very friendly and it is just a great place to be!

I had a really excellent meal - the spinach rigatoni adapted to suit my vegan palate. Server was very helpful. Good service all around.

Healthy and delicious food. From scratch and all local ingredients. The meats were cooked right and a flavor that was right on the money. Decadent desserts. We had great service with a server that was passionate about what she does.

Fantastic farm to table dining experience. Smaller menu, but there is still a variety to pick from. The menu also changes by season so if you visit again a few months later there are new dishes to try. The bread (with salt of course) was delicious and their flavor combinations were both inventive and delicious. Highly recommend stopping here if you are in town (or out of town for that matter - it’s worth a drive).
