After 4 months of researching pellet grills and deciding what one to go with. I bought the Silverbac original Last week. Best build and quality of any pellet grill I’ve ever seen. You can definitely see the true craftsmanship in the whole grill. It’s not cheaply put together or made. Seasoned the grill last week and was a super simple process. After seasoning and cool down period I started out by making the first meal simple. I made some burgers. My wife and I agree that they are the best burgers I’ve ever made. I look forward to many more meals being made on this awesome Grill/Smoker. It truly is the best Pellet Grill Money can buy! Worth every penny. Plus being from West Michigan is even better! I always love supporting local and products made in the USA.
I am so glad that we decided to stop into the Holland store room! Everyone was very nice and helped me pick out the perfect grill for my brother. Not only that but you get some pretty awesome things for free if you go to the store room! The rubs and sauces look amazing! While we waited we also got some homemade cherry walnut bread! So good! Thank you! My brother is thrilled and he can’t wait to try it out
I love my Grilla Grill. I have had the original Grilla for 7 years when suddenly I started having large temperature fluctuations. So I e-mailed Grilla and Mark (the guy who engineered the Grilla) responded. He worked with me by phone and e-mail over a 2 month period trying different things and never gave up. In the end, Mark supplied me with all the new operating parts in the grill at no charge even though my warranty was long over. He has done a repair video on changing all the major components in a Grilla and it made it very easy to do installs myself!
Also over this process, I became interested in the Alpha Smoke Controller and Mark provided me one at a great deal and gave me instructions on how to adapt to my older Grilla. It works like a dream....so now my old Grilla is like new version! I recommend if you have an older Grilla upgrade to the Alpha Smoke Controller. It's amazing!

I stopped into the store today to look at the grills and accessories. Mark and his team were extremely kind, answered all of my questions, and put no pressure at all on me to purchase anything. After some debating, I bought a Grilla Grill. From start to finish, the crew was amazing, and reinforced what I’ve read about them. The whole crew, and your products, are absolutely outstanding! Having purchased both the Grilla and the chimp I am hooked on Grilla grills. Well made and excellent service. The AP rub is awesome and they have a great selection of rubs and sauces. Its such a great feeling to sit back and let the grill do the work rather than babysit it all night. Get one and you'll be hooked. Also if anyone lives in the snow lands I have had no problem smoking in below freezing temps.
