Pizza Hut

I'm currently in admitted in hospital and my fiancee has been here nonstop with me. My fiancee is also handicapped. We had ordered pizza from another location a few days ago. We were waiting for our food and I got a phone call from the driver.
He was at the ER entrance and I was told that we had to meet them downstairs for our food.
I explained I was admitted and my fiancee handicapped. The driver was rude and said I huess I can bring it up there. Online I had specified I needed it delivered to specific rm.
Today we ordered from Pizza Hut and we had the food brought straight to our room. Hassle free at that.
The driver was polite and we appreciated the great friendliness and customer service.
Needless to say we will not be ordering from the place.
Disgusted with the other place that even after I explained the situation I was treated like bringing the food to our room was a burden.

This store was fantastic. It’s your usual Pizza Hut quality pizza, which I happen to like. I love the pan pizza crusts. As far as this location, they were great. I called at around 12pm noon and made a surprise order for 8 large pizzas and 3 double orders of breadsticks. They were more than accommodating! And beyond that, they had all of it prepared, hot and ready in 20 minutes!!
