(June 9, 2019, 5:38 am)They provide subpar food at an affordable price. The drive-thru service is a big lie. They take my order:1 mocha frappe SMALL. I am forwarded to a holding spot while I watch big bags of food and drinks get passed out to several vehicles while I wait 10 minutes for a small mocha frappe. Get it together,McDonald's. That drive-thru is a hot mess. It's an illusion. I experience this same thing every week,several times a week. I only continue to visit said McDonald's due to the fact it's the only one for miles and miles. This is ridiculous I have to wait by the garbage can for my $2 order when they get 7 or 8 huge bags of food out instead of getting my tiny order out the way. I'm certain I'm not the only one that's had a bad experience?
