I went here for the first time. Items on menu were different then I have seen. I got the brusselsprouts & bacon with a yummy sauce.
They were great but the carrot cake was so good I would go back for just that.
Great place. Small plates of fantastic food. Excellent wine selection by the glass. Good selection of liquor.
Despite being listed as "kid friendly" on Yelp, it most definitely is not. There are multiple signs throughout the restaurant that the yard (where the games are at) are for 21+. Not a big deal to cater to adults, but we went specifically because it was listed as kid friendly. Hopefully others won't make the same mistake.
Whoa! Delicious! I had the privilege of eating/drinking at Borrowed Time on my VERY FIRST trip to Western Michigan. It was recommended to me by my hosts at "Hop & Vine Inn" (which I also loved, BTW). I highly recommend the wheat beer which was currently on tap when I visited (March, 2019) though I believe they rotate frequently, so lean on the staff (Kim was great!) for help and advice.
And the tapas.... ooh the tapas! I can't even do it justice. I think I had the most delicious Korean BBQ and rice I've ever had. Not only was this food some of the BEST on my trip (and maybe the best food I've had all year!!) but the layout is aesthetically pleasing, and the staff is super kind and fun. Can't wait to visit again and recommend it to others!
