(June 18, 2017, 4:34 pm)We rented this for our sons open house. It was a nice spacious place, we had about 70 people show. The AC want working or couldn't keep up, so it got a little warm. There was a kitchen and a fridge for the food needs. No staff present, so you are responsible for set up and cleaning. Good place for a great rate!
