Bay Pointe Inn

Nice rooms with a wonderful view of the lake. Great staff. Disappointed with the noise from both people in the rooms next door and the wedding reception music pretty much right outside the window. Stopping the music by 10 at the latest would have been nice. The pool and hot tub were open so they get a ton of positive vibes from me for that. Might return, might not. I go to hotels to rest and relax and it was not the best place for this.

We knew that deciding to go through with our wedding in 2020 was going to be different, and it was, but the BayPointe team didn't change anything with how they treated us or our guests. Throughout the entire process, Mariesa and Juno, were the best to work with. They didn't push us to make a decision on the wedding, even though many of our guests couldn't make it, they adjusted and made it easy for us to pull back our guest count. To not have to worry about our venue, with everything else going on, was exactly what my wife and I wanted. We couldn't be happier that we chose BayPointe and look forward to celebrating many anniversaries there.
Also, to note, we booked the boat house the same weekend as our wedding and again, couldn't have been happier with that choice. It was a great place for friends and family to meet/hang out when the wedding wasn't going on. Would highly recommend this to other couples!

Was married here in 2012, it was beautiful, so we go here for our anniversary every year. Food this time was really good. Only problem, was that we got takeout because of the pandemic. Ribs, to be exact. They were super good, fall off the bone tender. Kitchen did amazing. It was nice out, so we decided to eat in the car, gazing at the lake. We're not fancy people, but even we were laughing pretty hard at the mess. They didn't include napkins, wet wipes, utensils, or anything to aid us in eating the food. I know, there were ways around this, but for 62 dollars a napkin would be great.
And maybe some sturdier boxes. The box was collapsing from the barbeque sauce by the time we got home.
But way to go chefs!

Facility was nice, area on the water was nice. Very peaceful and relaxing area. Bay Pointe is doing the best they can to manage under the COVID restrictions so no fault to them on what needs to be implemented...masks, etc. Unfortunately that means the pool was closed and breakfast was only continental and not their typical breakfast. Room was very nice. The balcony looking out at the lake a plus. Large bathroom and shower, though the shower seemed a little old and needing some updates/attention. Early morning workers power washing the outdoor eating area was a wake up call we didn't expect, though it only lasted for 30 minutes.

Stayed at Bay Pointe Inn for a couple nights last week. Nice room, nice grounds, gorgeous view. Everything clean and well maintained, the only drawback was no coffee maker in our room, it's been many years since I've stayed at lodging that didn't have a coffee maker in the room, I would have traded the mini fridge for one so that I didn't have to go to the lobby when I woke up to get coffee.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The food and service at the Terrace Grille at Bay Pointe Inn was exceptional. Also we loved the music on Wednesday evening. We enjoyed our stay so much we made a reservation to stay again in October to enjoy the beautiful autumn color change.
I would highly recommend the Bay Pointe Inn.
