(September 22, 2019, 2:29 am)We had great food and exceptional service. Manager was friendly and visible. We typically have visited the Saginaw store but, have had horrible service. We definitely will be back to Bay City. Great job!

Yes I did have my steak sent back to have it cooked more but the chef working, Derek, and our waitress (I apologise I totally forgot her name) were very kind. Not only did my steak get done right but it tasted fabulous and was perfect. Great experience tonight!!

(July 23, 2019, 1:46 am)Wow! We just left Red Lobster of Bay City and the service was the best I've had in a long while. We were there for my birthday. It was so sweet. At the end of our dinner the servers sang a happy birthday song, gave me a signed card, and a sundae treat. It was a great experience. The crab legs were amazing too! Thank you!
