Lucky's Steakhouse

Prime rib was almost cold to the touch and baked potato was still hard in the middle. "Stuffed" shrimp was 3 good sized shrimp with the tails still on buried under some stuffing and sauce. Good flavor, but it was cold too. Didn't send it back since I was with a large party and couldn't wait up.

Food was very good. But we saw an elderly man, who was eating alone, get up and go to the bathroom. While he was gone, not only did they clear his table they also say new guests. The gentleman came back and everything was gone. The manager was made aware of the issue. She spoke to the gentleman and discounted his bill. We spoke to her and she said she offered him another meal and he said no. If she offered him another meal she could have offered to comp his meal instead of just a discount. Most every person we saw leaving had carry out containers so I know this gentleman had enough food left on his plate to take home for a second meal. Shame on you Lucky's in Bay City.

Usually great food! I've never had to send a steak back there! They always get it right! And the bread! Ohhh man! I love the bread! Good service as well

I visited Lucky's on this day to enjoy brunch with my mother. The house salad and bread were tasty but the fountain beverages were weak despite the light ice we requested. My salmon dinner was tasty when I topped it with their dill sauce otherwise it was a little bland. My mother ordered the jumbo shrimp which were 6 large shrimp softly cooked......other than that the service was great the resturant was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant.

I ate there a few weeks back and out of 4 people, two of us had good food. Today there were 5 of us and three had good food, so you have a 50 percent chance of getting good food. The restaurant is so crowded you wonder how it meets fire codes for that area, time to find another place.
