Fine establishment. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good food
Solid family restaurant for breakfast. Nailed over medium eggs, fine hash browns but home fries were not at all browned and biscuits and gravy were rather Bland. Friendly and fairly prompt service although had to ask for a coffee refill for the notably smaller-than-average cup after several minutes empty. There is also small donut counter. Got a very tasty chocolate cream filled Long John, although the filling was a bit erratic and only in a little more than one half. All told a good value and a fine experience but will not be my very first choice in this area.
Amazing diner experience. Excellent breakfast. Breakfast all day. Fun waitstaff. Great prices!
We were driving through Pinconning to our final destination and stopped at this place on a Friday morning. While the decor of the place certainly leaves a lot to be desired, the breakfast food we had was exceptional with healthy portions that could be split between two people. From the H&H Specials on the menu, I had the H&H breakfast of scrambled eggs mixed with American potatoes and bacon.l (see photo) The pumpernickel toast was homemade and thickly sliced. My fiancé had a meal from the specials on the menu also (potatoes O’Brien with two eggs and a biscuit with sausage gravy). Generous, generous, generous portions! And DELICIOUS! Rhonda was our server and she was very attentive. We also had one of the donuts from the bakery— fresh and also very good. A great local place worth the stop, even if you aren’t sure if the aesthetics.
