The sandwich I ate, Tripoli, was delicious. However, the tables were not cleaned off nor were any staff seen from behind the counter. The ordering, picking up, paying process seems like it could be simplified as we had to stand in line three times: to order, to pick up food, then finally to pay. Each time the line and wait was longer. This was with only half the seats being used. I can't imagine what the wait would be when busy and full. My wife also saw the staff grab some coleslaw, for a sandwich, with her bare hand.

Their Mt of Olives sandwich is pure ambrosia- I could eat it every day! The problem is that even though I have been there many times and tried to order it I have only gotten it once because every other time- no matter the time of day, day of the week, or which location- they are out of olives. I really don’t understand how this can be, it’s not like olives are rare or hard to get, and this problem has been going on for at least three years so you’d think it would be resolved. Either buy more olives or take the sandwich off the menu!

I also took off a star because their hummus- which I got for the first time today- is inedible. It tastes like mashed chick peas that had been stirred in a bowl that had once held garlic.

Cute place with great baked goods and friendly service.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon in Frankfort and ate here the first morning after we arrived. I'm sad I didn't catch her name, but the young blonde tattooed woman at the front counter was very helpful and sweet. We ordered the bagel & lox, a sticky bun, and a blueberry scone. Everything was delicious. The scone and sticky bun were so fresh and soft, there was no hope of saving any for later. The bagel & lox on a freshly baked everything bagel was seriously the best I've ever had and I could tell it was prepared with care. I wanna go back for lunch next time we're in town. Their sandwiches looked amazing too! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good breakfast or lunch while visiting Frankfort.

L'Chayim is a good little deli in Frankfort. They have a unique selection of New York style deli foods, and a good atmosphere within the restaurant. A nice place for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. I would recommend trying L'Chayim during your stay in Frankfort, it will not disappoint
