Bob Evans

Okay so I LOVE biscuits and gravy but the issue i have with restaurants is that it never tastes good. At Bob Evans they have the BEST biscuits ive ever had! I only get them from thos place because every other place is terrible. The staff is so nice and enjoyable to converse with. Good job!

Food was good. I felt like the portion sizes were kind of small on my meal. I had the turkey dinner and it came with mashed potatoes and gravy, dressing, turkey, carrots and cranberry sauce. My plate could have been hotter and there was just a small dallop of potatoes with nowhere near enough gravy and about a tablespoon of cranberry sauce. The rest of my family had burgers and fries and the portions were good. We got a table immediately but then waited about 30 minutes for our food which felt a little long considering it was not busy when we ordered. By the end of our meal the place was packed and half the dining area was shut down which made it almost uncomfortable. Our host and server were excellent and very friendly (especially the host! He was great with my grouchy kid). Prices were reasonable. Family of five cost about $55 plus tip. I was very pleased to see a service dog welcomed into the establishment.

We enjoyed our meal and although it took over 30 minutes to get to us, it was very good. We had a server who was having a tough time since it was really busy (we've had the same server before, he is great, but was not handling the stress all too well). But when our food finally arrives, we don't even have silverware to eat. And he was so inattentive we couldn't tell him of the mishap- this was the case with straws as well. We had a young one in our group and I just wish he would've been more thoughtful to make sure the toddler got their meal before they got too hungry and fussy. This will not be our first choice next time.

Very nice place to stop for food. The staff was very friendly and our server, Mel, was attentive and helpful with our questions about the menu items. The pecan cranberry salad was delicious!
