    The food was absolutely delicious. Can't wait to go back. I ordered beef ribs with beans, rice and corn bread. My sauce was supposed to be sweet but it was spicy. I do like spicy food. Cornbread portion was very generous. Overall portion size was decent. 4 Stars because I felt the customer service and overall experience could've been better for an "Island" style restaurant.

    I absolutely Adore this place!! It's Carribean cuisine made with LOVE🥰🥰. The food is Amazing, the sweet couple that run it are good natured and personable. The restaurant is simple and unassuming from the outside, but when you walk in you're greeted not only by the hospitality of 'Hello!' but by the aromas of food that promises a unique experience. The meats fall apart, the sauces are Fire🔥, even the side dishes are definitely something you'll want more of later😋. I don't live in the area but TRUST I'll be back to Battle Creek, when I need a fix I know where I'm going!
