    They really need to get it together in this Popeyes. The orders are wrong, sometimes they don't have what you want, and the customer service is not the greatest, they definitely have attitude Unfortunately it is the only one in Battle Creek. If competition ever arises I feel sorry for this Popeyes.

    It was my first time ever having Popeyes their coleslaw didn't have that zing like coleslaw is supposed to have in it and it needs more carrots but all in all i was impressed with the zesty taste in the sauce for the honey chicken

    The chicken is always very tasty. The sides seem.to have lost quality over tge last couple of years. Service isn't spectacular, but isn't bad either

    Wow. This location has stepped it up. Over past 2 yrs, it's been hit n miss when dining here. But lately, food has been terrific, good portion sizes. And best improvement of all the Customer Service has improved immensely! Bravo new management!
