The lady working with him, not so friendly. She seemed annoyed when he asked her how to ring my sandwich up. What is ridiculous is if you buy a sandwich you are not allowed to have a cup of water? I will be back at this location only because Bradley was a peach! He will go far in life. He deserves a raise!”

This is by far the best place to eat in the local area only surpassed by maybe Ruth Chris Steakhouse in Ann Arbor. I would highly recommend stopping out and giving this place a shot if you haven't already. To those who have tried Cascarelli's in Albion,MI please understand that this place far surpasses them in every way possible. To conclude this place was fantastic and I plan on going back often.”

“My wife and i stopped in here for breakfast/lunch on our way across the state. We were just looking for a quick bite before getting back on the road. The place was rustic, but appeared clean. The food was good and the portions were generous. Our waitress was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. Her attitude and bubbly personality made the visit memorable. She was also very accommodating to my wife's food allergies and made sure she was taken care of without any negativity. If we didn't live so far away, I would be a regular here.”

“My wife and I have wanted to go here ever since we saw it while passing by a couple years ago. Today we finally got the chance. They have Mooville ice cream and some food that you can get at the walk up window they have. We decided to dine-in. You have the choice of an enclosed (screened-in) patio and the dining area. We got a table inside. The waitress was courteous, however, took longer than expected to check on us and as we were ready to leave. We brought our 14 month old with us who was ready to leave as we waited an additional 10-15 minutes to get a check/box. I'm not sure if they only have a couple high chairs, but we asked for one and we were brought a booster (which she called a high chair). It is possible she is new and not used to a busy Friday night. We opted to hold our son throughout the entire meal due to him not being able to sit in a booster yet. The soda (Coke) was lacking in flavor and the appetizer we bought was kind of small (spinach and artichoke dip). The flavor was great. That being said, the atmosphere was good. They have a couple of small TVs should you need a TV to entertain you. The gyro was good and had plenty of toppings. I felt it was lacking in meat though (very thinly sliced). I felt that the gyro and chips weren't quite worth the price paid. My wife got the wet burrito and it was big. You could easily share it between two people. My wife gave the wet burrito a 5/5. The side of cottage cheese (for the kiddo) was a good size too. We will definitely go again when they are less busy.”

I drive a tractor trailer and got good reviews from a local I delivered to in town, so I decided to take the 1 mile walk to Waids. Am I ever so glad that I did! I had a medium (12 inch) pepperoni, bacon, and extra cheese. I ate it at one of their few tables inside. Tables were clean. Staff was very friendly. I'll be stopping by again, if ever i'm in town! Highly recommend!”
