Service was good. Two of us had a chicken sandwich and fries and the child in our group had chicken strips, fruit and chocolate milk. Our food came out shortly after we were at our table. After people would leave someone was there to clean the table. Would go back again.

Friendly, so friendly. Very good food! I love the waffle fries and am obsessed with the fire roasted BBQ sauce!

I lived in Louisiana for 3 years and held off on eating at Chick fil a when it first came to the Lansing area. When I finally did eat there, it took me right back to the south. The service and hospitality was there 100% from the moment I walked in the door. An employee was there to open the door for me, I had a toddler and a car seat in each hand. The restaurant was busy but service was fast and friendly. The lady who took my order, who I assumed was the manager, walked with me to my table since my hands were full. That was very nice of her. There was a young lady working with her arm in a sling but she was still working and delivering trays to people’s tables, I was very impressed by that dedication. All my thank yous were met with “my pleasure,” which also brought me back to the south. The food and the service was the same, maybe even better than I remembered.

I love this place but I don't go as often as I could because the prices are way too high personally. I order the chicken strips the for peace menu. I got 3 and a 1/2 pieces they were very small they were cooked to perfection and were very good but the size of the Box and the quantity of the food was tiny. They do a good job but I think for 3 people who only got chicken a few fries and a drink we spent well over $35 which seems very expensive for chicken and a sandwich and fries and soda and Tea.
