Old World Cafe

Omg!!! What an amazing place! Do not let the exterior fool you. This place is the most amazing restaurant I have visited! The place inside is gorgeous, just beautifully decorated. The restaurant is cozy, warm, and inviting. The music is soothing. The owner came table to table to greet each of its patrons, it was such a warm and welcoming feeling. He made a huge impression, he was friendly, caring, and made the experience very special. The food was outstanding! The presentation was artistic. I absolutely love this place, I can't stop raving about it. We came in for breakfast but I have to plan to return for dinner. Everything sounds delectable on the menu, you cannot go wrong. Customer experience like this is very uncommon. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This place was wonderful. It is so worth the drive to Cross Village. Best breakfast we have had all summer. Beautiful restaurant, great owners, Bo and his wife who is the chef. Great staff too.

What can I say. Heidi is awesome. The food is awesome. An amazing place in the woods of Michigan. I brought 4 photographers here from all parts of the US and Canada and the experience was stellar. Thank you, and we will be back. Hope you enjoy the photos.

Amazing food. If you are thinking of being in this area we highly suggest stopping here. Everything was seasoned well, cooked perfectly. We stopped for lunch and the menu had many choices, including breakfast items which the kids loved (pancakes were great). The chicken was perfect, crispy outer crust that was juicy inside. The inside is very classy for lunch or for a dinner for two. You leave feeling satiated. I would only suggest that if you are eating and feeling hungry, get an appetizer. We didn't try one but I cant imagine you would be disappointed.
