Bière de Mac Brew Works

We were passing through town on a Sunday and had no idea where to eat. In a shop we asked the clerk if there were any good places around. He said there were a few and mentioned them, but said the best place was a little out of town. He did not steer us wrong. My husband had a burger and I ordered the flat bread special. It was undoubtedly the best thing I have ever eaten. He said his hamburger was delish, but kept taking bites of my flat bread. We would have stayed in town longer just to eat here again if it was the special everyday. We are from Portland Oregon, which everyone knows is a foodie place, so we have enjoyed good food. We were traveling from Portland Oregon to Portland Maine (road trip) we ate in a lot of places along the way. Hoever, there food was out of this world good. Wish I knew how to make this so I could make one at home just for me, until I visit again someday. It was a fig spread flat bread with a cured ham and arugula, dressed to perfection. I know this is long, but you really have to try this place.

Delicious food and beer. This place has so much more than traditional "bar" food. Amazing burgers and sandwiches, ramen bowls, steak, etc. and a super cool atmosphere. And their beer is delicious. Also very family friendly and have a variety of non alcoholic drinks. If you come in the winter time, they do trivia nights and lots of fun winter events!

Great food, great service and nice environment. Best food I've had in Michigan yet. Our experience was one that if I lived here I would enjoy again and again. Great job!!!

Great menu for snacks, lunch, or dinners. Loved the cheese and ale cheddar soup which was served with a soft pretzel on top. Enjoyed a few beer samples. A nice range of offerings. Nice family atmosphere with lots of parking.
