Black Rock Bar & Grill - Davison

Our server was great, she was fast and very good about asking if there was anything we needed ect. Food is always good. If your steak is not cooked right... that's on you!, at Black Rock. Went for my dads 63rd Birthday. There were a lot of families that had came from church and friends meeting for an early dinner.

My first time there celebrating a friend's 10 year anniversary, overall pretty cool. Portion to price leaves a bit to be desired except when it comes to their desserts...you get massive portions for the price. Waitstaff super friendly, super attentive to the table. Had one adult beverage throughout the course of the evening, their version of a hurricane and they did not skimp on the alcohol, quite strong for my tastes but still flavorful.

At first they put us on the patio and we had cold air blowing down on us, it was too cold for my Mom, so we asked to move. Which they graciously did moving us from the enclosed patio area to the inside. We all loved our food, my dad got the ribs, my mom and I got sirloin. My son tried the Mac and cheese hot dog and did not care for it. Service was great and friendly. My Dad said he hadn't enjoyed a meal like that at a restaurant in a long time.

Was a long wait but was worth it. Our servers Jacob and Beth were phenomenal. Jacob was very personable, I was giving him a hard time about my order and we were joking and laughing. We will definitely be back. The manager was great as well, there was a little mix up with our seats but he was quick to remedy it.
