Badawest Restaurant

The meal was good. Hummus was a little thin
Grape leaves had a strange taste. The server was really nice.

I started eating at Badawest the week they opened their doors. Today, I ate there for the first time in 5 years. It was the same as ever, fresh and delicious. Lunch was grape leaves, hummus, and cucumbers in yogurt. Light and perfect for a warm day.

New owners have done well with changing the quality of service and have earned our business back (as well as that of many family members). Hummus is unmatched and the shish tawook wraps are incredible. Thanks for a great experience- we will be back!

Here is a photo of a large greek salad without onions. I usually have the grilled chicken add. It is still filling without meat. The restaurant has a diner feel. The to go orders are very quick. You will receive fresh pita bread on the side. The salad dressing is placed directly on the salad. The salad does not include grape seeds. I must have a salad from Badawest every time I visit Flint, MI.

My first experience having Lebanese cuisine. It was excellent. Our server Rachel was very friendly and very attentive. We were a group of 6 and the only ones there. We arrived at 7:40 & were there until just before closing at 9pm. The entire dining room and the restrooms have been completely renovated and are very clean. Also the rest of the staff is very cordial. Their prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. We highly recommend them.
