Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

I have been to this place several times and the people have been mostly great. I had attitude from one person one time but I addressed it with them and they apologized and said they didn't realize they sounded that way. The food has been great most of the time. The only problem I've had was fries weren't cooked crispy like I liked them but I didn't ask cause they were really busy. The wings were great. The flavored lemonades are amazing. I always get the Philly cheese steak with extra mushrooms and it's been great. Keep up the good work!!

First time trying this place and it was disappointing for sure. Drive thru wait was crazy long. Had the wrong order at the window then after correcting it we were still missing food. Went inside to get the missing stuff and staff was atleast nice. Food was a little bit on the cold side but was good.

Well 1st time trying this place, used drive through wait time was ruff about 15 minutes. Ordered 3 sandwich combos and 2 6 piece boneless wings. After working a 12 hour shift just wanted to pick up food for myself and family. So got home started serving up and no wings. So attempted to call them but phone was busy like 15 times in row with pauses between each try. So as my family was eating I got into my Jeep and drove all the way back. Drive through was packed, so went inside. When I explained about not getting my wings, person at counter said she check on it, so was told that they would make them. So had to wait a while and got them so went back home and microwaved my cold food to eat. So food was good but to be honest with all the other food places on same road would not come back for a while so that all the new place wears off. Will definitely not trust them again.

We came on the opening night, and loved it! Everything was exactly as we ordered and tasted good! We spend about $100 for the family and no one complained (with 5 kids, that’s rare). I will agree with one of the other reviews, that the workers weren’t the friendliest, but they were so busy! We waited about an hour. I’m making this review from their drive through, since we decided to try again tonight!
