Maude's Alabama BBQ

The brisket sandwich is delicious. But the mac n cheese could use more flavour. Love the fries.

I tried this new business today - tried some brisket, pulled pork, slaw, Mac n cheese and corn bread. Cherry pie for dessert! The folks that did not smell the smoking in the store on their reviews I am not sure how that would be possible... all of my items were excellent and the folks that work there were so nice. Prices totally reasonable. Brisket is a tricky thing for me - this one is really tender and tasty! So glad to see a new business in the area. Support some local folks. I’d say for anyone that perhaps does not like your first trip to any new eatery - give it another try, I will be back! :-)

I recently tried the new BBQ place "Maude's Alabama BBQ" on Davison Rd in Flint. Wow...!I had the Beef Brisket. It was great. Perfectly cooked with exceptional flavor. Large portions, great prices, fast service and Staff was very friendly. I'll definitely be back. Next time I'll try the 'Three Lil' Pigs' Sandwich. Good job guys. I'll be recommending you.

Staff was friendly, prices were good, service was quick. Pulled pork was tender and tasted good, brisket was delicious also. Coleslaw was kind of bland. Corn bread was moist and tasted good but would have been even better with a pat of butter. Looking forward to trying other menu items in the future. Next time will ask for bbq sauce on the side because it was pretty much all over inside the box. Tasted good though!

This is way better than the standard fast food but prices and speed of service were comparable. I’d much rather support a locally owned business whenever possible which was why we tried this place out. Keep up the good work!
