Ordered a Caramel Ice Capp SUPREME, you pay extra for the whipped cream and caramel drizzle that's supposed come on it because it's a SUPREME, needless to say they never want to go the extra step and put it on yet charge you the SUPREME price for it. The girl yesterday told me "well there's already Carmel in the drink so you don't need it!" I'm like you charged me for it and I want the darn whipped cream AND the Carmel drizzle on it!! End result she gave me an EYEROLL and took both drinks back and added my toppings. I've been a loyal customer at this location and all the other in Genesee County but the service lately is got me considering other options for my coffee.

(December 6, 2019, 2:45 pm)Delicious doughnuts and bagels!! They didn't have hash browns available at 8:30 AM which was disappointing but other than that the service was great and the coffee was hot!

(January 29, 2017, 3:52 am)Their ice-cream cakes are sooooo delicious! I bought the Strawberry passion and couldn't stop eating it! The staff was very friendly and courteous. The facility was pretty clean.
