Northern Smoke has provided catering for 120-200 guests every summer for the last 3 years. Yesterday was our most recent BBQ. If you want your guests to say "the food was awesome" "best BBQ I've ever had" " who were those guys, they were fantastic", you will want to hire Dennis and his team. We recently had the pleasure of having Dennis take care of the food at our daughter's wedding. Dennis and his team went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests, even an unexpected change of venue that created a longer drive. All of the food was fantastic and there was plenty to take home for further enjoyment. From the food to the plates & utensils, we received so many comments from our guests on just how high quality everything was. Even having the friendly smiles of Dennis and his team added to our perfect day. We will be using Northern Smoke again for our future catering needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great food and extremely friendly service.
