The staff has always been good, in all of my experiences eating here. I'm a fan of buffets because you can eat lots of food for relatively cheap and this is a nice little place to stop in for lunch or dinner.”

“Great tasting pizza and a huge variety of toppings, crusts, sauces, dips, etc! Very friendly service and really good prices! A friend and I went and we wanted something different from traditional pizza with red sauce so we got the chicken Alfredo pizza with parmesan crust and it was amazing. The crust was thick and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The chicken was seasoned deliciously and the alfredo sauce was full of flavor but not too overbearing. So tasty, you must try this place if you want good pizza while in Grand Blanc.”

“I’m from Kentucky and that burger was the best I’ve had in forever. The customer service was outstanding, I believe her name was Angel or Angela. She greeted us from the time we arrived until the time we left, she came back and checked to make sure everything was correct something you don’t see everyday in a normal fast food restaurant. Great Food, Great Service, Great Atmosphere!! Kudos I will be back every time I visit Michigan!”

“Nice, casual atmosphere. The train running around the inside walls is a cute touch. Server was friendly. Not a huge menu. Burger was good. The hot pretzel buns and beer cheese were very yummy! The Black Cherry Cream soda was quite good. Our first time eating here. We will probably go back someday.”

“I went and had some really really good pickle-back shots and I thought Kassi was bartending but once I found out she was on the bar floor I made sure she waited on us! She’s fantastic and always on top of her game. I’ll ask for her every time, that’s for sure! the fill-in manager Ashlee N, made sure our drinks came out accordingly and had such a bubbly personality. LOVE the staff here!!”

We were greeted by a friendly desk clerk who got us checked in quickly and directed us to the best place to park to be close to our room. The breakfast in the morning was good and checking out was simple. Highly recommend.”

“Just wanted to applaud the people who work here, and say a BIG THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!. I stopped for dinner last Thurs. evening. I didn't think I had taken my change purse into the restaurant, only took some cash out of my purse. Later, I couldn't find my change purse and looked all over in the car and around my house. Thought maybe it fell someplace that wasn't normal and I would eventually find it. Finally called this Arby's on Monday and asked them if they had found a small change purse/wallet. THEY HAD!!! It didn't have any credit cards in it, but some other cards that I use all the time!!! Everything was intact and just as it was when I left it there!!! So glad there are some honest people there and they turned it in!! I sincerely appreciate this answer to prayer!!!”

“OMG. Scott's cookies are the best! Everything you would expect and want from.. a cookie shack! He even has a rotating cookie menu and free wifi. Really a great place. We even got to meet Scott himself! He kept making jokes and saying things like "get out of here! This isn't a cookie shack!" And "I'm calling the cops" What a character! We will definitely be stopping by here the next time we are in town!”

That is why they are getting 3 stars this time, as well as the staff were all really polite and friendly. 1st time I ordered a pizza, and it was really good. This time I wanted to try something different. Ordered the lasagna, and it seemed like it was all sauce (which was really watery) and cheese, with very very few noodles. Was really disappointed this time.”
