Very slow service. It's nice to have something local and that has remained open during the CV19 Epidemic; however, they're lacking structure/efficiency/etc.
Drive through order typically takes 2 to 5 minutes to be acknowledged and order completed.
Wait at window before cashier opens the window is typically another 2 to 5 minutes.
Cashier has made errors on several occasions at window and seems unsure of themselves and how to correct it on the POS/REGISTER.
Drinks typically take another 2 to 5 minutes after sale.
Drive through efficiency without losing quality needs to be improved. Currently a C- compared to McDs, Starbucks, and Coffee Beanery.
