“Didn't get that warm friendly feeling the last few visits. Is almost like the staff is getting tired of working there, or the new staff is not getting that great customer service training anymore. Didn't have a problem with my food, it was ok. It was again, mostly the atmosphere felt off. The staff not so friendly or cheerful as we're use to seeing there. I even had another table mention the same thing on our last visit. I gave it a few tries to see if maybe there was just a few off days, nope. Haven't been back since and that was our families favorite restaurant.”

“I had a great meal at this chili's location. I had the BBQ Smokehouse pick 3 combo and it was delicious. Everything was cooked well and the ribs.... man they were good! Our server was extremely attentive even though she had quite a few tables and we never had to ask for anything. It was always just there for us. Highly recommend this location”

“Pretty good. First time ever going to Potbelly. Ordered Turkey Club, Bowl of broccoli cheese soup, chips and a drink. The sandwich would have been really good if it wasn't smothered in mayo. I had to take some off when I got home. Also, I didn't receive the bowl of broccoli cheese soup. Overall, decent but the experience could have definitely been improved.”

“Great food, guacamole was great! The atmosphere was definitely very Mexican-influenced, the drinks looked fabulous (definitely getting one next time). The service was fairly slow, but it was a Sunday afternoon and they had a large birthday party so i understand the holdup! “Never had a wrong order here. There is always friendly staff as well. There were 12 cars in line before us around 10 PM today and they had the line moved through in about 10 minutes and the food was great even despite the fact they were rushed. It's always packed there and somehow they seem to find a way to be efficient and very nice mannered. I never leave reviews but I feel this place requires some recognition. These people really are great. I've been going here for years and rarely stray away from this location”

“Homemade Chocolates by Michelle has perfected the cake pop! It starts with a beautifully decorated cake pop served on a popsicle stick in a beautiful cellophane wrapper with a nice lace bow tying it shut. Yes, the look and flavor is out of this world. But what amazed me the most is how the frosting and all of its beautiful decorations do not stick to the wrapper, and that both the frosting and the cake inside remains so moist. Now, I've eaten about a dozen of her cake pops in 3 bites and I got 100% of them in my mouth, including the frosting stuck to the stick! Not a single crumb fell to the floor because this is the perfect cake pop! You just have to try it for yourself!”

“Pizza is good. I like the thin crust and the pepperoni’s not spicy! That being said, the place is kind of a dump. If they would take about $5000 they could make it into an adorable bistro. The carpet is filthy as are the seats of the chairs, the tables are missing most of their edging and don’t get me started on the bathrooms. They also have those horrible pictures on the wall that you’re supposed to relax your eyes and then be able to see what they are, of course you have to walk around and get right up to the picture to do that. Why not some nice pictures of Sicily? I think they just don’t care and I wouldn’t either except we live so far away that takeout is not an option, so we end up eating in. The pizza is good but the surroundings kind of bring everything down several notches. Take out is your best bet.”
