(August 4, 2021, 12:53 am)We are from the land of barbecue, Texas! Up In Smoke rivals or beats any of the barbecue we’ve ever had! It’s hard to say which was better - the friendliness of the owners or the food itself. If you are in the area, even if you are not, you need to make time for this stop! The meat was perfectly smoked, the beans were just spicy enough, the greens were out of this world, and the rum buttah was dream-worthy…I could seriously bathe in that stuff. We WILL be back! Go UP BBQ!! 💪🏼🐖🔥👏💓
