My fiancée and i enjoyed our visit very much from the moment we were sat down till we left everything was excellent, the inside was clean and well tended to, the meal only took 15 minutes to be served after the order was taken, waitresses always attentive, coffee was the bottomless pot,my compliments to the staff and Flap Jacks for a JOB WELL DONE!!! Thank You! I will be back!!

We had fair service. The biscuits in my country breakfast were, heavy, dry, and crumbly, disappointing enough to not eat. My daughter's biscuits as well. My daughter-in-law's cherry pancakes had good flavor, but tough and dry. It appeared as if the food was put in a microwave to warm up. Not sure that happened, but the meal wasn't the usual quality we've come to expect from Flapjacks, while visiting the Lansing area.

Has the mom and pop charm and efficiency of a chain restuarant. Wide variety of food choices and killer breakfasts.

Clean and big seating areas. Plenty of windows makes it bright.

Friendly staff. Great for big groups and the booths are big also. Seat 6 comfortably.

Plenty of parking all the way around the place.
