Amanecer Mexicano

I almost don't want to say how good the food is here for fear that they will get busier. This was my second time enjoying breakfast here and once again I was amazed. We tried three entree's for the two of us just to explore the menu. Everything is prepared fresh and to order but comes up unexpectedly fast. We stayed with a vegetarian diet and loved the choices we were given. The beans are simply wonderful and a perfect breakfast side. Take your time looking through the menu as this is not your normal Lansing breakfast. Please stop by as this is a restaurant that we need have in town.

Holy cow. This place is REALLY good. Finally a really good place to have breakfast or lunch. The servers were very friendly and the food was really good. I love it

The staff make you feel like you are right at home. The dishes are so fresh and delicious. We enjoyed every bite and can't wait to go back and maybe try their new dessert menu. We got a thank you for coming from everyone as we walked out the door. You just don't get that anymore and it really makes a difference to get that level of exceptional service.

Kind, prompt staff, fresh delish food! Clean place! Great music. Loved the whole vibe. Will definitely go back.

I’m still sitting at the table as I write this review. The service and food were both so impressive I couldn’t wait to share my experience and encourage others to come try Amanecer Mexicano as soon as possible! It was “run, don’t walk” good. Friendly, quick, responsive service. I ordered the green juice which was refreshing and fresh. Our server recommended the entomatadas and they were absolutely amazing. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
