I’m so thrilled that there is finally a high-quality, locally-owned sandwich/ice cream shop in Lansing. I’ve gotten the Edith each time I’ve gone to Babe’s and it has been delicious every time! The ingredients are super fresh and the sandwich is gigantic. Babe’s pays their employees a living wage which is much more than any other sandwich shop in the Lansing area can say, and that’s a huge draw for me. This small business elevates their portion of Michigan Avenue with tasteful design and straight-forward hoagies and ice cream that will keep you coming back for more. Highly recommend!

I love that this is a unique small business in my community with special sandwiches and ice cream flavors you won't really find else where! Definitely give this place a visit! I recommend getting the waffle cone and splitting a full size sandwich with a cute date! :)

Always do an excellent job. So excited to have them on “the corner”. Vegan options in Lansing are limited and the fact you can get vegan soft serve here is awesome!! Food is excellent and great quality. Always a pleasure!! Go check them out as well as their food truck. Top notch stuff!! They are our Sunday treat!

I visited this cute shop a couple weeks ago as a birthday treat from a friend. Ordered a half sized Margret, which was not only delicious, but filling. I was sad to leave a few bites behind as I had to make room for the ginger soft serve with sprinkles (also delicious). Will definitely be back!
