The food is very good. The service is equally good. Easy to get to location on the edge of downtown. I like going Bangkok House for lunch. You get a good meal for a reasonable price. Almost immediately after, you are seated your server brings a bowl of soup for everyone. Not long after your server is back to take your order and then returns with your lunch shortly thereafter. The progression sounds hectic, but it really isn't. Everything flows.
Lots of vegan options, the fried tofu appetizer is especially awesome. Great prices and super fast!
This is the place that got teenage me hooked on Thai food. A full military career-worth of eating abroad later and it is still one of my favorites.
I've been going here for around a decade. Patience during lunch rush will net you some amazing tasting Thai food. I moved away and recently came back, worried the taste will have change or something would be cheaper. Nope, still as good or better than the first time I went.
Good food for decent price.
Their number 14 red curry is most famous.
And pad Thai is good as well.
And their chicken stewed is wonderful as you an heat it to the level you like they bring small fire jar for you to do so.
Wish they cook chicken more well done in fried rice and other foods though, as I prefer chicken well cooked. Most people seem to like it though, so it depends on your preference .
But definitely one of the best places to try in Lansing
